1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Point Exchange Pro (a Telegram Web App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services. Point Exchange is a cryptocurrency trading platform operating exclusively within the Telegram ecosystem.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • Your Point Exchange account is directly linked to your Telegram account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any linked cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., TON Wallet).
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

3. Trading & Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves a high degree of risk. Prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate rapidly. By using our limit and market order features:

  • You acknowledge that you are trading at your own risk.
  • Point Exchange is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to market volatility, incorrect order placement, or misunderstanding of trading features.
  • We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed using the TON network via supported third-party wallets (e.g., Tonkeeper). You are responsible for ensuring that you send funds to the correct network address. Point Exchange cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks. Standard network fees may apply to transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Point Exchange mini-app.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized APIs to manipulate trades or rewards.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Point Exchange Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall Point Exchange or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
