When you use Point Exchange Pro via Telegram, we only collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services securely:

  • Telegram Profile Data: We collect your Telegram ID, username, and display name provided by the Telegram Web App authentication system.
  • Wallet Information: If you connect a crypto wallet (e.g., via TON Connect), we store your public wallet address to process deposits and withdrawals.
  • Transaction Data: We securely log your trading history, limit orders, and deposit records to maintain your account balance.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is exclusively used to operate your account, process cryptocurrency transactions, authenticate your identity, and ensure platform security. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, nor do we sell or rent your data to any third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your account balances and transaction history are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Important: Point Exchange is a non-custodial connection interface for your wallet. We do not have access to, nor do we ever store, your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with essential third-party services to function correctly:

  • Telegram: Used as the primary platform for hosting the Mini App and authenticating users.
  • TON Blockchain: Used to verify and process your cryptocurrency deposits.
  • Binance API: Used strictly to fetch real-time market data and crypto prices. No user data is sent to Binance.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to disconnect your TON wallet at any time through your wallet provider's app. If you wish to permanently delete your Point Exchange account and clear your transaction history from our database, you may contact our support team via Telegram.
